The RMS Mini Shearline is a heavy duty, economical rebar shearing system designed for smaller rebar fabricators, secondary shearlines and the precast industry.

Standard Features Include:
12 inch wide powered conveyor rolls.
Designed to be easily installed by customer.
Air kickoff on one side. Heavy duty structural steel design.
Up to three preselectable storage bins. Stock table is designed to be fitted with RMS Bar-Prep system.
Servo controlled gauge stop automatically positions itself for each cut. Can operate with the RMS 311 or the RMS Mini-Shear.
Micro Controller, standard with the Mini Shearline, offers multiple cutting stations, automatic length and unload setups, and the RMS Cal-Cut program that optimizes cutting lengths to enhance productivity and reduce scrap.
