Powered by a 5 H.P. motor, together with a 7 1/2 H.P. electronic motor inverter, the Radial-fab offers variable speed control, forward and reverse bending, jog mode, soft start and stop, plus much more.

Heavy duty Radius Roll is driven by a 1 1/2 H.P. motor and heavy screw jack. Drive rolls are chain driven, using heavy duty (#100) chain; roll shafts are heavy three inch diameter steel, with heavy bearings throughout.

Optional Micro Control enables operator to store, almost unlimited bending criteria, including bar size and corresponding radius. Four stations enable set up of compound radii (up to four settings per bar), selectable at the touch of a button. Auto radius roll release permits bent bar to be safely and easily removed from machine, and next bar to be quickly positioned in machine for bending.

Foot pedal operation and easy access from all sides make Radial-fab simple and safe to operate.
