specifically for Rear Fabricators, the 611 Hydraulic Shear
incorporates a rugged guillotine blade action and a state
of the art Hydraulic System to shear rebar fast, smoothly
and efficiently. |

RMS 611 smoothly and effortlessly shears through 10 #11
grade 60 rebars. Shearing time is less than three seconds. |
Scrap
rebar falls automatically and safely into the scrap bin.
When full, the bin is rolled out and emptied. |

611 Shear is completely self contained and is compatible with
virtually every shearing system
Shearing capacity is equivalent to shears of
at least twice the price
The 611 Shear
was engineered to be virtually maintenance free and very safe
to operate
Includes
a heavy hydraulic rebar holddown which operates automatically
Reverse anvil automatically
deposits short ends into removable scrap bin which is provided
Optional entry
table includes drop section, endo stop and powered conveyor
rolls
The
611 Shear can be foot pedal controlled for manual shearline
operation
A smaller version of the 611 shear is available.
With a capacity of 3 #11 Rebars the RMS 611 is ideal for smaller
fabricators or for use on secondary shearlines
