FEATURES
A unique drive system, including two independent variable speed motors and all powered rolls, assures efficient and accurate forming of spirals.

Motor control system is programmable by the operator. Features include jog mode, variable speeds, soft start and stop plus much more.

 Heavy duty construction and low maintenance requirements assure a long and dependable life.

Micro control system (optional) enables operator to preset number of turns, number of identical spirals, spiral diameters, etc.

Options include heavy duty uncoiler (carousel) and shearing device.

 Horizontal module pivots out of way for running straight bar spirals or single hoops.
